➡️I always tell my clients that Protein Powder can be used as a supplement, but it should not REPLACE whole foods that contain protein!


Why?

✔️Most protein powders are highly processed products and are often fortified with fillers such as carbohydrates for flavor.


✔️Whole foods also lack the list of potential negativ


e side effects that can come from protein shakes, including gastrointestinal distress, nausea, bloating, headaches, nutrient deficiencies or negative interactions with certain medications!
